What are your office hours? Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM. We are closed on major holidays.
What are your cleaning times? Cleaning times vary with each customer. We clean during the day and night. Specialty cleaning by appointment on weekends, holidays and graveyard shift. What are your service areas? We have operations in Texas and North Carolina. How do we obtain a price quote or estimate? Either call or Email us with your information and we'll respond to your request within one business day. What type of information is needed to get price quote? What type of cleaning services required, square footage of areas to be cleaned, frequency of service, floor types cleaned and contact person involved. How do we obtain a kitchen hood exhaust price quote? Click here for price estimate. Do you guarantee your work? Yes, as long as the work is part of our service agreement and you call within 24 hours (1 business day) after the service. What type of insurance do you carry? General liability, workers compensation, automobile and bonding coverages. Do you give references? Yes. We furnish client references only upon request since we consider it confidential information. Do you give on-site estimates? Yes. Call or email us and we'll prepare an onsite estimate for you. Do you work on weekends and holidays? Yes, by appointment only. What types of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks and credit cards. What are your payment terms? Service agreements are Net 30.
